Breast Abnormality

I am 42 and my routine mammogram revealed a non-palpable lesion and was followed up by an ultrasound. The report is " a lobulatd isoechoic lesion seen at 2:30 in the right breast." I was scheduled for a core biopsy but the radiologist had difficulty finding the lesion for the first ultrasound so I decided to see a surgeon for a second opinion. The BIRAD is 0. Can anyone make sense out of this for me? What should I ask the surgeon next week?
