Dear Mom- You are not worrying needlessly. You should ask for a referral to a specialist who will pay a little more attnetion to the symptoms you are describing here. The lump under the nipple, specifically, may in fact be a developing breast bud and shouldn't be touched at the moment. The lymph node and the extreme fatigue are soething else, however, and need to be looked into. Hannah Brooks, MD, FACS> Tina,
