Very painful breasts and colostrsum/milk with manual expression

I am 26 years old, have endometriosis, have had one live birth 8 years ago, and a miscarriage at 11 weeks this last August. I have been having extremely painful breasts for about 2 weeks now with droplets of "milk" with manual expression. The pain dissipated during my menstrual cycle which started last Friday and is ending today. Yesterday the breast pain and the droplets returned slightly, and today the pain is back in full force. I was told by the nurse at my Dr. office that elevated prolactin levels are not unusual and not to worry unless it persisted, especially after my menstrual cycle. I am now waiting for a call back for an appt. with my internal medicine doctor.

What may be the problem with my breasts? Do you have any idea what may be causing this? Can endometriosis have anything to do with elevated prolactin levels? I just want my breasts to stop hurting, they hurt really bad.

Thank you!!!!
