Swollen breasts during last trimester

I am wondering if I should be concerned about some swelling I am having on the lower half of one areola on my breast. It is not uncomfortable, and when I use hot compresses, I leak milk and then it subsides, but returns quickly after. Will this go away when i deliver, or should I be worried now?
