I can't imagine what you are going through. I'm sorry to say that not many women are finding help from doctors. We have to try to help ourselves. My sister had terrible fibrocystic breasts. We found out that when you are low in a hormone called progesterone it makes you estrogen dominant which causes a lot of problems such as fibrocystic breasts. My sister got some all natural progesterone to rub on her breasts and they felt better. I decided to try some to because I have Polycystic ovary syndrome. It saved me. The doctor can't give natural progesterone, but he can give you a fake called Progestin with side effects. Progesterone made the PMS dissapear to. I know It will help you to.
