Since there are persistent findints, a diagnostic mammogram/sonogram and possibly a biopsy should be performed. More than likely it is residual effects of the infection--but you must be sure to rule out anything more serious. A second opinion with a mammogram or ultrasound would be good, especially to ease your mind. Having the cyst aspirated should help as well.
