Breast Cyst

I had an infection(with discharge) in my left breast six weeks ago and took two courses of antibiotics. It finally cleared and I had my follow up appointment at the breast clinic today. I still have a breast lump near my nipple and I'm tender in my armpit and along the left side of my breast. The discharge is now colourless. I was discharged and told the lump was normal - no mammogram/x ray has been done and my breast is still visibly swollen and tender.

What is my next step?
