Tender breast

I have a question or 2.

I'm 34 will be 35 in April and have 2 kids and the day after my second one i had my tubs ties back in August 1995. Could they come untied? Also My main question would be because i have had tender and sore breast since January 12th and had a offcycle men from 24th to 27th january it had clots in the blood and very dark and pain full cramps as I don't normally get, my normal one was Dec 30th until Jan 3rd. And wanting to sleep all the time seems like i don't get it during the night even if I can sleep during the weekends.

Should I call my doctor or wait for my next cycle this month to see what happeneds? I have taken a pregany test to rule out that it came up negitive.
