I just had a baby one week ago I have discovered a lump on my right breast at the top. My breast are tender I was wondering could this be due to my breast getting milk? I am not breast feeding I am 23 years old and very scared. The lumo it self is not painful but my breast have enlarged and they are tender. My last breast exam was at the begining of my pregnancy. My doc said he would check at the end of my post pardum because it is hard to tell with milk. Do you have any advice or anything to aff that might ease my mind?
