Hello, This afternoon I hit my right breast on the right side against my daughters crib as I leaned over to kiss her. The pain was sharp and brief. I had tenderness which a few hours later turned into a huge painful lump taking up approximately 1/4 of my breast. I don't want to rush out to the ER because I'd have to take my 4 month old daughter and I don't want to unnecessarily expose her to people who could possibly be sick. What should I do?
