burning in breast along with discharge and pain

Hello, thank you for taking time to read and respond to my concens. I am 30 years old, 31 in a week. My concern is that for a couple of months, I have been experiencing sore breasts. Nothing much more than soreness until recently. Now I have burning pain in my right breast. Very painful with green liquid discharge. My physician felt a moveable lump in my breasts while palpating at a recent visit to check on the symptoms I have mentioned. Breast cancer runs on my father's side of the family. I also have itching on the right breast. In addition, a year ago, I had breast surgery, my breasts were lifted, and relifted last March. My physician ordered an ultrasound and told me that my breasts are not mature enough for a mammogram. I'm wondering what information you may be able to share with me, and if there is something I might be missing?
