Underarm Lump

I bought Degree antiperspirant and I began experiencing serious underarm itching. I thought that if the Degree was irritating me, I would have painful glands so I continued using it for six months. I checked online and found that enlarged glands and itching could mean lymphomas. So I checked and I had enlarged glands under both armpits. I later spoke to a friend told me that that it was probably the antiperspirant so I stopped using it and the itching stopped. I went to a doctor about my concerns with the enlarged glands under my two armpits. I was sent for chest x-rays , mammograms, ultrasound and finally I had a lymph node removed and tested. It came back negative for cancer. I still have them and I have no itching. It has been two years and to me they have not grown. Can you advise me? Should I relax or should I freak out? How can I reduce them?
