I am 22 years old and in good health. I was doing a self-breast exam this morning and discovered a sore spot on the left side of my left breast. It's not extremely painful, just a bit sore - much like a bruise - and there's no lump there. My left arm has been falling asleep rather often lately, as well. I realize I'm probably over-reacting, and so I don't want to go to a doctor (insurance problems) unless something is really wrong. Any thoughts?
