Dear Ashley- There is more than one reason for milky breast discharge, and you are correct in assuming that pregnancy may be one of the reasons. It is entirely possible, too, that you can be pregnant and still have your period. I urge you to seek pregnancy testing so that you can make the appropriate decisions. There are many places, such as planned parenthood, that offer assistance. Hello, I am a 15 year old girl. I have had unprotected sex with my boyfreind for awhile now..But my cheast has inlarged and a milky substance is comming out of them.I havent missed my period yet but on my dads side of the family women bleed when pregnants. I would like to know if anyone knows why my cheast is "Leaking" Fluid please e-mail me... Ashley
