breast pain

For almost 2 years now I have been having pain in my right breast, it is very uncomfortable. My doctors have done breast exams , found nothing, i had an ultrasound and again nothing, what can it be caused from if there`s nothing there ? My sister had an ultrasound on and around her ovaries after having very bad pain around that area, nothing showed, about 6 months later a doctor ran another type of test and found a cyst that was the size of a softball. Please if there is any information you can give me I would really appreciate it. Thank you , Amy Berry
