Dear Anita- Have your surgeon check it. Most likely it is a small area of fat necrosis from the trauma of surgery, or a small amount of fluid that has collected after surgery, or the scarring process itself. Hannah Brooks, MD,FACS

Hi me again, I have noticed yesterday, that a very small new lump has appeared, about 1/2" below the scar tissue, of this biopsy I had a couple of weeks, ago. Do you think I should be concerned. It feels like a small pea. Is this normal? Thanks for any info Anita
