sore lump, pregnancy and prior fibrocystic diagnosis

In 1998, I had a mammogram that revealed the dime sized lump in my breast was fybrocystic. I am 36, 6 months pregnant and have noticed the lump has become a bit more prominent and feels more sensitive. The ob felt it several months ago and said the smooth edges felt "okay". I still worry since I would like to breastfeed, but don't want to put off getting a mammogram if it is necessary. I have heard that you can't do a mammogram until 12 months after birth, because of the engorged milk glands. I am wondering if I should worry about this and consult an oncologist again, as in 1998, or let it be and address it thoroughly after nursing. Thanks for any advice.
