fluid in breast

I have surgery on few times on both breast since 1989 both times they removed tissue that was infected...I have a very dark green fluid in my right breast at this time ...and a heavy white fluid in the left breast....I don't have any insurance at this time could you give me some idea what I can do to maybe get rid of this without having to tgo through surgery which like I said I can not do at this time...I have a antibiotic here called docsycline will that help sorry about the spelling but I'm sure you will understnad what I'm writing thank you for your time ....Sandy
