breast pains

hello, i have a question.I am 18 yrs. old and i have been having very sharp pains in my breasts. One of my breasts seems larger then the other and the larger has much more pains. THe pains occur every day. Is it normal? y do i still have them? is it beccause it is growing? But,then shouldnt the smaller breast be having more pains? please help me.
