breast lump and discharge

Hi I've had a pea sized lump in my left breast ever since i can remember I've kept my eye on it and it has never caused any problems or grown. Two weeks ago I noticed some clear/ cloudy discharge when pressing it more comes out. What do you think this could be? I'm on the contaceptive pill to try to regulate my periods which is proving difficult as well as prednisolone and loperamide Thanx for your help nel
