Nipple tenderness & bumps

For the past week or so I've been experiencing very tender nipples and have developed pimple like bumps around the center of my nipple. White puss can be squeezed out of them as well.Any idea what this could be related to? I'm on the pill, but have been on the same one for about a year now.Get personalized email addresses from Yahoo!
