Little white bumps (similer to pimples) on the outer portion of my nipples.

Can anyone tell me what this is or caused from. For at least a month, maybe 2. I have had these white bumps on my nipple, they look similer to white head pimples. They dont itch or hurt. They just look very disgusting. My boyfriend isn't sure what to think either. They are only on the darker, outer portion of my nipples. Nowhere else.

Every so often I get a sharp pain in what feels like the center of my breast. Sort of like, the center of my breast shooting out of my nipple. One or the other, never both. Its just a quick sharp pain, no idea if this is related to the white bumps.

Its rather embarresing. If i can avoid the doctor office, great. If anyone has any information please email me or reply to this post. Thanks.
