Dear Cherry- The diane-35 will likely have an effect on breast size and tenderness. It would be wise to consult your physician prior to using any topical estrogens, as these may increase the total dose in your system. Good luck with your upcoming wedding! Hannah Brooks, MD

i m 21 years old girl,recently i had some kind of (androgenic alopecia) so,i m getting medicated with (ANDROUIR) and (Diane-35) which also has an effect on reducing acne and seborrhoea. physician told me that i may get a breast pain as a side effect. as (Diane-35) is a progestogen-estrogen combination,,i would like to know what effect does it have on my breasts? specially that i am having a mild problem which is (small breast size) between A and B cup size,and i've been thinking to enlarge it even slightly,,,mainly by using topical cream,but did not do it yet, so,would that combination have any effect or i shall use the topical creams? i'd like also to know its effect on ovulation and pregnancy coz i m gonna get married next year. thank u.
