antiandrogenic treatment effect on breast size and ovulation?

i m 21 years old girl,recently i had some kind of (androgenic alopecia) so,i m getting medicated with (ANDROUIR) and (Diane-35) which also has an effect on reducing acne and seborrhoea. physician told me that i may get a breast pain as a side effect. as (Diane-35) is a progestogen-estrogen combination,,i would like to know what effect does it have on my breasts? specially that i am having a mild problem which is (small breast size) between A and B cup size,and i've been thinking to enlarge it even slightly,,,mainly by using topical cream,but did not do it yet, so,would that combination have any effect or i shall use the topical creams? i'd like also to know its effect on ovulation and pregnancy coz i m gonna get married next year. thank u.
