I am 52 years old...Not really in menopause yet, although my periods have become irregular..My last period is 5 days late if it was to come 28 days this month.. For the last two weeks my breast have been very, very tender, to be exact, it's really my nipples that hurt terrible , no discharge that I can see. I am not on any hormones, only PB med, but nothing that I haven't been taking for the last two years..What can be causing this, and is it something I need to call my dr for?? Thanks for anything you might be able to tell me... Angie
