Meri,

I'm not an expert (though I do have B-cup breasts and wouldn't mind expanding a bit :-), but I grew up in Europe and lived in 3 countries there and believe me: While these things are often touted as "used in Europe by millions of women", I certainly have never heard about them there. If these things worked, WHY would women in Europe still have breast enlargement surgery?

I wouldn't spend any money on this stuff.
