The pill doesn't interfere with pregnancy tests. If you are pregnant, it will show up as positive on a test. If you are still not sure, wait a few days and take another test (it takes two weeks after you had sex before a test will be accurate). Have you missed your period? It is fairly common to miss a period on the pill.
