[Birth Control] URGENT Skipped pill

Heres the thing, the other day I had a pill accidently fall down the sink drain. I didn't know what to do and I didn't think it would be bad for me to just go ahead and take the next days pill so I did for about 3 days then I asked my sister about it and she said that it wouldn't be bad to just miss one pill and that it really only matters if you miss two or more and to just skip friday and then start back on saturday to catch back up. So I did then me and my boyfriend had sex on Saturday and I'm sorta scared because I'm not sure if what I did was right. Any help anyone can offer would be GREATLY APPRICIATED.jaim- lee
