only if you skip the sugar pills and replace them with the regular pills. ie: your pack ends saturday nite...on sunday instead of taking a placebo, you start a new pack of pills. This will work if you take a monophasic pill like alesse, but if ur on a triphasic pill like ortho tri then it won't work. Monophasic means same amoutn of hormones throughout the pack, tri means diff amt of hormones each week. Yous houldn't skip your period for more than 2 or 3 months at a time.
