I was prescribed Orth-tri-cyclen because my friends all told me their periods were regulated and they had less cramps and their acne was cleared up. So I thought that would be great for me. Before going on the pill my period was unpredictable and I had cramps. But now I have been on the pill for 5 months and my period is not regulated sometimes it starts earlier than its supposed to and this month it started a week before it was supposed to... I am still on the blue pills which I thought made your period stop. Although my cramps have been lessoned and my skin a little more clearer. I am still worried about my period, most of my friends start 4 weeks exact after their last period. Please tell me if this is normal or if I should see my doctor. Thank you Liz.
