Wandering if you could help. I have been on the depo shot for 6months now and through all this time I have had spotting-either light or heavy. I have now started having the shots every 10weeks instead of 12 but I can't see any real improvement...is this mormal and should I stay on it because I'm not comfortable with this situation. I cannot go on the pill.
