[Birth Control] orthotricyclen question

<PRE>Is there a way to skip over your period one month using orthotricyclen and not being at risk for pregnancy? I read that you can skip the green pills and just begin a new packet, but I don't want to cause any health risks or screw up my cycle. Thanks a lot.
