[Birth Control] Thyroid Blood Results & Pregnancy

Hi, I am 26 years old and was diagnosed with a multinodular thyroid about 6 years ago. I recently went back to my endocrinologist and took a blood test as with the following results:

TSH - 0.29 MIU/L (0.3 - 4.0) Free T4 - 12.8 pmol/L (10.0 - 23.2) Free T3 - 5.2 pmol/L (3.5 - 6.5)

My endicronoligist has stated the following in his report:

"Her current thyroid levls are satisfactory although the TSH was a little suppressed...clinically she is euthyroid. The thyroid gland is moderately enlarged, relatively a soft multinodular gland, including a nodule palpable in the isthmus..."

At the time of the above blood test, I was on the contraceptive pill (I have now come off it).

My questions are: 1) is it possible to become pregnant and retain a healthy pregnancy to term if I have the above blood levels. 2) Did the pill affect my blood results and in fact I could be alot worse than my doctor seems to think?

Your input would be fantastic.
