I have been taking ortho-tri-cyclen for 10 months now. I have never missed taking a pill however, last Sunday I was starting my third week of pills and somehow managed to take two pills that day instead of one. I had unprotected sex the night before. On Wednesday I started to spot (brownish color, not at all heavy). I would like to know what the chances are that I am pregnant.
