I just quit taking Yasmin after 2 mos because of spots in my vision, dizziness to the point of staggering. I was on ortho-novum for 10 yrs till the gallbladder thing and had breakthrough bleeding. Tried Desogen and had my teeth rotting, weight gain; Estrostep 30 lb weight gain (retain water), got pregnant on levlites; are birth control pills over for me? Couldn't do depo-provera shots either (bleeding). Would the mini pill work? It seems my Dr. won't take the time to find a different formula for me. He gives me what ever samples he has.

Mini pill could work if you are sure you will take it at the same time daily. You may consider using intrauterine contraceptive device.
