some women skip a period or two while on the pill it is not uncommon especially if you said you didnt miss any or you think you didnt miss any. If you want to be reassured take a HPT test but you said you are a week late did you not start your other pack at all? or are you waiting? IF you started the other pack there would be no way of getting a period while on the actives (sometimes just breakthrough bleeding thats it). If you didnt start the other pack you are going to have to wait til you get a real period to start the new pack then use back up protection that whole month. Good luck.
