I have been on birth control for 15 years (taking a few years off here and there to have my 3 children). I stopped my birth control 3 months ago. The first 2 months after stopping I had my period at the normal time during the month. This is my 3rd month off the pill and I am a week late. I had severe cramps 1 day last week, but nothing. I took 2 pregnancy tests, both negative. Is this a normal side effect of stopping the pill? I am just concerned because the 1st 2 months of being off the pill I got my period. Now nothing....I am really nervous about being pregnant, but the tests are negative....Any information you can provide me would be great. I await your reply, thanks!
