Dear A,Not every woman with endo that has done Depo-Provera have had a lessening of their endo symptoms.
It is very possible that you may have endometriosis implants that were not discovered during the first laparoscopy.
For some women with endo when the endo is returning there can indeed be pelvic pain when the exam is done. I would suggest trying to find a gyn that has more experience with removing endo during laparoscopy. I hope that this helps.
