Hi Kristin! What are the ingredients in "Hydroxycut"? Sometimes those diet pills can affect birth control! Also, no pill can tone your muscles, only working them can. I would definetly ask your doctor if this dietary supplement will afect your birth control. I caution you against using this medication, not all dietary supplements are safe, even if they advertise it as so! (False advertising....) Please be careful. Take care, Maggie
