first of all, you need to stick with any given pill for 3 months -- you'll never find one that works if you change evey month!! If you continue to spot after an adequate trail of a particular pill, then other casues of spotting (infection, polyps, fibroids, endometriosis) need to be looked for. THe last patient I had like this turned out to have endometriosis on her cervix
