At school the other day (I'm in the nursing program) we were discussing BCP's. One of the girls stated that the month/first couple months following getting off the pill you are EXTREMELY fertile. I've never heard this before and was wondering if it was fact or fiction. So, bottom line, are you more fertile directly after stopping the pill than any other time?
